Website enquiry privacy

When you request a quote, we collect the contact details, job information and photos you choose to provide so Venux Electrical can assess and respond to your enquiry.

Form protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. It checks browser and network signals in the background. Cloudflare explains this processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Enquiries are stored in a private archive before notifications are sent. Submissions flagged by the protection checks are held for review. A failed check does not necessarily mean an enquiry is spam.

Storage and access

Venux Electrical and Web Leads Agency, our website provider, use enquiry information to operate the quote service, investigate delivery problems and review held enquiries. Cloudflare provides the private archive. Restricted backup copies support recovery if a service fails. Accepted enquiries also pass through our email and customer management services.
